Tiger Wood's DUI Arrest Discussed by Palm Beach DUI Attorney RP Foley

Tiger Woods was arrested for DUI in Jupiter, FL. The news likes to sensationalize stories so I decided to pull the police report and review it myself. I do not discuss every detail of the dui. Obviously, with a client I would go into more detail and have the opportunity to ask questions. There are defenses to Mr. Woods case. I have not spoken to Mr. Woods so there are pieces of information not known. These are my thoughts.
