State Troopers Making Questionable DUI Arrests?

Questionable DUI arrests made by Florida State troopers? Are troopers being offerred unlimited overtime? A recent case that I had showed two troopers discussing the fact that they were given unlimited overtime. One trropper says to the other something to the effect of yes I got two last night, one tonight, and then goes into the fact that his mnthly boat payment has already been made. The state reviewed it, confirmed it and I was told that a call was put into the troopers. The case was reduced. I think it is outrageous.
